Marcy Baysinger, J.D.,

Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale PC

Marcy is a partner of the law firm of Pregenzer, Baysinger, Wideman & Sale, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico State Courts, the U. S. District Court of New Mexico, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Her law practice concentrates on elder law, disability planning, estate planning, probate, and fiduciary litigation.  Marcy graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BS in Elementary Education in 1980 and earned a Master of Arts in Special Education in 1983. She worked as a special education teacher in the Albuquerque Public Schools and the Cherry Creek District in Denver from 1981 until 1989. With her background in special education, Marcy is well suited to understand the needs of disabled clients. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver School of Law in 1988. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1989 and to the New Mexico Bar in 1994.

Louis Stefanos is a Senior Vice President, Disability & Elder Trust Solutions at Bank of Albuquerque a division of BOK Financial based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Louis is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.  Prior to joining BOK Financial, Louis practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Trust.  Louis primarily represented guardians and trustees, and also served as a fiduciary in his individual capacity.  Louis is active in the community and serves on multiple boards including, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association Board of Directors, St. Joseph Catholic School Advisory Council, St. Francis Village Board of Directors, Margarita Ball Board of Directors (Arlington, Texas), and Texas Guardianship Association.  Louis is married to his wife Christina and has four boys: John, Reed, Adam, and Elet.  In his copious amount of free time, he coaches Youth Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

Greg is a director and shareholder at Hurley, Toevs, Styles, Hamblin & Panter, P.A. and has worked as a litigation attorney since 1993. He has devoted virtually all of his practice to representing clients in probate, estate and trust litigation. This includes representing clients who are contesting or defending the validity of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents and those who are involved in litigation over the administration of estates and trusts. His cases frequently involve allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and the construction of controlling instruments such as wills and trusts. Greg also frequently handles litigation in contested complex guardianships and conservatorships. He has served as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults involved in those types of proceedings. Greg has served as a mediator in cases involving contested trusts, probates and difficult guardianships and conservatorships. Greg is the past chair and current director of the Trust and Estate Division of the Real Property and Trust Section of the New Mexico State Bar.
