Under Rule 23-106.1 NMRA, the Supreme Court has approved the following out-of-cycle amendments to Form 4-996 NMRA (Guardian's Report) and adopted new Form 4-999.2 NMRA (Certification of Completion of Adult Guardian and Conservator Orientation Program).
